- The University is committed to providing goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. This policy outlines how the University fulfills this commitment and what individuals can expect when accessing services at the University.
- Accommodation Partnership Program (PDF)
- The goal of the Accommodation Partnership Program is to promote a collaborative approach in assisting employees with disabilities to enter the workforce, remain at work, and return to work in an early and safe manner. The policy outlines the process through which workplace accommodation occurs at the University.
- Employment Equity Policy
- In cooperation with employees, the University is developing an Employment Equity Program which will serve, within practical limits, the career development goals of employees. The Program is designed to identify and eliminate discriminatory barriers that interfere unreasonably with employment options and to provide access for all present and prospective employees to the fullest opportunity to exercise individual potential.
