You can download a general application form in Portable Document Format here. To view and print it, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader or another pdf viewer. If you choose to use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, you'll be able to fill-in the form on-screen and print it directly, without need of a typewriter. Once you complete the application package, submit it as hardcopy by conventional mail.

Transcripts:
Applicants are required to provide copies of their official transcripts
regarding their post secondary education. Refer to information on the
general application form for details regarding official transcript procedures.
Letters of
Recommendation:
Two letters of recommendation from either an employer,
colleague and/or professor are required from the applicant. The
letters must be in separate envelopes and written on letterhead paper.
These letters are confidential and must be sealed without
the applicants knowledge of what has been written. the referees signature
must be endorsed across the
seal.
Resume:
A current resume chronologically detailing the applicants
work experience, formal education, training and memberships.
Application Letter:
Applicants must provide a statement of career aspirations and
their reasons for interest in the program (2 page limit).
Application Fee Payment:
A cheque or money order in the amount of 60 Canadian dollars payable to the
University of Guelph is required as payment for processing your application.
Required documentation for international
students:
International applicants must provide English Language Certification (TOEFL,
British Council, or MELAB)
There is no official application deadline for the MBA program however applicants are asked to bear in mind that it requires a minimum of one month to review and process applications from domestic students and two months for international students. It should also be noted that the program has a single entry point, September of every year, when applying.
