Thats what Ontario grape and wine growers wanted and thats what they are getting - using educational videotapes produced by @access. Designed to accompany distance learning text materials on viticulture, oenology and wine marketing. Four videotapes feature demonstrations by wine industry leaders on wine tasting, pruning and training grape vines and the latest technologies used in state-of-the-art wineries. @access provided script writing, videography, computer graphics, on-line editing and post production services - attesting to Ontarios world-class wine growing reputation.

Making its
North American food workers knowledgeable about alarming food-borne diseases effectively
and economically. Thats what the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) union
wanted when it asked @access to produce two human health videotapes. The UFCW
wanted a user-friendly and audience-aware product that would entertain as well as
instruct. Cartoon characters and celebrity host - hockey legend Gordie Howe - balanced a
narrated, "real world", food processing and medical information video
production. The result brought home to thousands of UFCW members the real dangers from
food-borne infection, that they must take precautions against, to ensure a safe food
supply for North American consumers.
