To ensure the wine industry has a well trained workforce - and to make the wine consuming public know about it. That’s what Ontario grape and wine growers wanted and that’s what they are getting - using educational videotapes produced by @access.  Designed to accompany distance learning text materials on viticulture, oenology and wine marketing.  Four videotapes feature demonstrations by wine industry leaders on wine tasting, pruning and training grape vines and the latest technologies used in state-of-the-art wineries. @access provided script writing, videography, computer graphics, on-line editing and post production services - attesting to Ontario’s world-class wine growing reputation.

Training by demonstrating best practices in small and large nurseries constitutes this video-based course for operators and growers and their staff.  With over 160 minutes of unique and detailed and comprehensive video footage covering container, field, seedling, and caliper tree production, these programs address the state of the art practices in this multi-faceted green industry. Knowledge for beginners and professionals is provided in coverage of site selection, soil preparation, cultural practices, grading, storage, harvesting, shipping, winter protection.  In-the-field video features practical examples of specialized equipment and provides tips for managers to maximize their business advantage.

Wanting to grow with the game.  That's why golf superintendents and course operators are looking to three @access training videos: Integrating Naturalized Areas on the Golf Course;   Renovating the Golf Course; Irrigating Golf Courses.   This video trio emphasizes the importance of having golf courses that meet the needs of the users in a sustainable context.  They give specific information on how to make changes for the good.  From the ground up, these informative videos show and tell in detail how, where, and why to make positive improvements to support the "grand old game."

That’s what the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) union wanted when it asked @access to produce two human health videotapes. The UFCW wanted a user-friendly and audience-aware product that would entertain as well as instruct. Cartoon characters and celebrity host - hockey legend Gordie Howe - balanced a narrated, "real world", food processing and medical information video production. The result brought home to thousands of UFCW members the real dangers from food-borne infection, that they must take precautions against, to ensure a safe food supply for North American consumers.
