ECONOMICS PROFESSOR GIVES TALK IN CYPRUS
Prof. Brian Ferguson, Economics, gave the annual economic lecture hosted by the Cyprus Economic Society, the Bank of Cyprus and the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Cyprus this week at Bank of Cyprus headquarters in Nicosia. He discussed “National Health Systems: Incentives, Problems and Best Practices.”
BATTER UP AT ROGERS CENTRE
Baseball Gryphons Adam Reynolds and Nick Swerdlyk were part of an elite group of athletes chosen to participate in the annual OUA All-Star Showcase May 4 at the Rogers Centre in Toronto. Reynolds, a second-year infield player, and Swerdlyk, a third-year centre fielder, played in the big-league stadium following the conclusion of the Toronto Blue Jays home game.
