Scholarships
The University of Guelph offers numerous Scholarships, Bursaries, and Access Awards. Some are entrance awards, while others are in-course awards. We also offer awards specifically for student within the College of Biological Science. For an up-to-date listing, please visit Scholarships & Awards at Student Financial Services. CBS Student Council Scholarship
The College of Biological Science Student Council (CBSSC) offers two scholarships for students in CBS majors. Application deadline is May 15th. Application forms are available, below.

Dean's Honour List and College Roll of Distinction
The Dean's Honour List is based on your semester average. There is no official posting of individuals on the Dean's Honour List, but the recognition is noted on your official University of Guelph transcript. Criteria can be found in the Undergraduate Calendar.
Recipients of the College Roll of Distinction will receive a certificate for their accomplishment. To be considered for the Roll of Distinction, you must have achieved a cumulative average of 85% or greater in semester five or higher.
Students who are full time (course load of 2.5 credits) and achieve an 85% average in consecutive semesters are automatically considered for the Dean's Scholarships. The College of Biological Science does not award any automatic scholarships to students who achieve the 80% minimum required for the Dean's Honour List.
