CCS provides central computing support to all members of the U of G community through a variety of help services.

By Phone

Phone the CCS Help Centre at 519-824-4120 x58888

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM

By Email

Send your questions to 58888help@uoguelph.ca and we will usually reply within one to two business days.  During busy periods, response time may be increased.

In Person

Visit us in person at the CCS IT Help Desk, located on the main floor of the McLaughlin Library.

Exceptions to our regularly scheduled hours will occur to reflect Library hours during Reading Week, Holidays and the semester exam period.

Online

There are a variety of ways to get online help, such as using the site mapsupported product list or using the search function near the top of this page.
