Documents

The Documents tool within Gryph Mail offers the simplest capabilities of Wikis using a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor in your browser. 

Features

    • Create and design pages using a rich-text editor or using HTML in the secure Gryph Mail environment
    • Versioning
    • Import files (maximum file size of 48 MB) that become new pages in the specified notebook (folder within your Documents)
    • Share notebooks within the University of Guelph community, giving either view only or view, add, edit, and delete permissions
    • Publish your notebooks externally using a simple URL
    • Embed one document within another - such as adding a spreadsheet inside the HTML page
    • Upload and link files and images to different pages
    • Search through all notebooks, pages, and attachments
    • Send a notebook link via email quickly from the table of contents

 

Known Issues

There are some bugs with Documents so please use this feature with this in mind.   Documents does not have the the formatting abilities of a full word processing application.
