Resource Manager
The Resource Manager zimlet allows managing (adding, modifying and deleting) Gryph Mail resources directly from the mailbox; the user is required to have an organizational account in other to able to access this functionality.
Note: It is possible to manage only the resources associated with the organizational account.
Resource List
- To open the extension just click on the Resource Manager item in the left panel.
- The zimlet will display all the resources that are associated with the organizational acccount (if any).

Adding a Resource
- Click on the Add button.
- Enter all the information on the resource (Name, email and password are required fields).
- Click on Save.
- The resource will be created and its Inbox, Sent and Calendar folders will be automatically shared with the current user.

Editing a Resource
- Click on the resource you want to modify and then click on Edit, alternatively you can double-click the resource item in the list.
- Change any information on the resource.
- Click on Save.

Notes:
- The email address of a resource cannot be changed.
- The password can be left blank in this window, the password will not be changed in that case.
- Changing the display name of the resource will not change the name of the shared folders.
Deleting a Resource
- Select the resource you want to delete and click on Remove.
- A confirmation dialog will popup, click OK.
- Manually delete the shared folders if you have no more use for them.
Recovering a deleted resource
It is possible to recover a deleted resource, in that case, contact the CCS Help Centre (5888)
