CCS Knowledge Base
CCS compiles a series of of Frequently Ask Questions (FAQ) and known issues in the form of a Knowledge Base, you may browse the KB or search using keywords.
Choose the Category Email and Calendaring to narrow down items related to Gryph Mail (If you are not taken first to the KB, click on the navigation toolbar item "Knowledge Base").
CCS Web Pages
The CCS web pages that you are reading right now will provide you with information specific to Gryph Mail, including screen shots from within Gryph Mail itself. CCS will strive to keep up-to-date information on new features, best practices, and known issues on the Web pages. Since we are always working to improve our Gryph Mail services, these pages may at times get a bit behind, but we will do our best to keep our documentation current!

If you like to share your questions and answers with the University of Guelph Community, the Gryph Mail mailing list is right for you. This list is monitored by IT administrators and the Gryph Mail team, so if you can't find the answer to your question in any postings, don't be afraid to ask! There are lots of people out there that may have the answer you are looking for.
