Troubleshooting the NAC Agent

Validating Requirements

Once the login with NAC Agent has succeeded, the NAC system will perform a scan of your system to determine if vulnerabilities exist.  In order to gain full access to the network, your Windows computer must meet the following requirements:

  • Windows Automatic Updates enabled and all Windows critical updates have been installed
  • Compatible anti-virus software installed
  • Compatible anti-virus software updated within 7 days to the vendor's latest virus definition package
