Callers hear digitized name not extension during greeting
During enrolment the greeting the voice mail system tells you callers will hear when you have no recorded name nor greeting recorded is incorrect. The voice mail system will tell you "Callers will hear: Extension 12345 is not available". In reality, callers will hear "<digitized name> is not available" where digitized name is usually your first and last name.
Cannot set transfer destinations or alternate contact numbers (referral extensions) with phone
You can not currently set transfer destinations or alternate contact numbers (referral extensions) with the phone. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
