The University of Guelph's formal IT Governance program, the IT Decision Framework, facilitates transparent decision-making with respect to the acquisition, implementation and deployment of information technology across our institution. The Decision Framework strives to enable well-informed (and improved) enterprise IT decisions that include the input, needs and recommendations of all key stakeholders.
The University of Guelph’s IT Decision Framework is based on a 'federal' model of decision-making comprising several committees and both individual and group accountability. This site contains information on the various committees which contribute to the process.
