Enterprise IT policies and guidelines are listed at the right, sorted by their current development stage.
IT policies help further the university’s mission, inform and educate the community about best practices in IT, promote university-wide operational efficiencies, reduce institutional risk, and specify accountabilities. IT policies help ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws and other non-IT institutional policies.
Enterprise IT Guidelines issued from the Office of the CIO provide clarification of expectations and advice on recommended practice associated with technology utilization.
This web site provides a central location for information technology and related University policies and guidelines. The University's Information Technology Steering Committee (ITSC) has approved a formal IT policy development process.
