- Ranked in top ten of Canadian business programs in Corporate Knights Survey for focus on corporate social responsibility/sustainability
- Launched a new PhD in Management in Fall 2009
- Provide unique BComm in real estate and housing (one of two undergraduate programs in country)
- New “cluster” approach provides students with ultimate flexibility in customizing their own program
- School of Hospitality and Tourism celebrated 40th anniversary; ranked 21st in world and 1st in Canada for research output
