MA (Leadership) Admission Requirements

The minimum admission requirements are:

• A four-year Honours undergraduate degree from a "recognized university" with a minimum average of "B-" (70-72%) during the last four semesters or two academic years of the program.
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

OR

• General degree, diploma and/or an acceptable professional designation.
• Work Experience: At least seven years of work experience showing progressive increases in responsibility.

Applicants are not required to submit results of the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT). However, the university reserves the right, in certain circumstances, to request GMAT results when admission prerequisites are in question.
