Arrival Time & Location

Students should arrive no less than ONE HOUR before the commencement of their ceremony. 
All ceremonies will take place in War Memorial Hall.
All graduates should proceed to this area for gowning, hoods and lining up prior to their ceremony.

Please note: June 2012 OVC Ceremony will take place in Rozanski Hall. Students registered for this ceremony will receive instructions by email.

During the convocation, gowning and preparation for all students will take place in the basement of War Memorial Hall. 

If you arrive with your graduand one hour before the ceremony you may be seated right away. 

Guest tickets will be picked up by the graduates at the tent on the east side of War Memorial Hall.  Graduates will then proceed through the south side door, to the lower level of the hall to collect their name card and hood and for lining up.

Once guests have received their tickets from the graduating student they may proceed to the main entrance of the building on the west side for entrance to the building.  Guests should be seated fifteen minutes before the ceremony begins.
