A Guide for Faculty and Staff
Of particular concern is the University's response to students who experience immediate crises or urgent situations. They encounter multiple extraneous stressors throughout their time at university. These triggers can be at the individual or the societal level, and for some, these outside influences become increasingly taxing. Once they start to impede on the academic and personal life of the student, intervention may be important. As a university community, there are multiple means to assist students in regaining their equilibrium to continue on with their lives and academics.
