Welcome to Counselling Services

Counselling Services is open during the fall, winter and summer semesters from 8:15am to 4:15pm.  In the fall and winter semesters a walk-in service is provided during the weekdays from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.  During the summer semester, the walk-in service is available during the weekdays from 2:00pm to 3:30pm. 

We offer individual counselling sessions to help support students as they work through the personal challenges that impair their ability to succeed at school and in other areas of their lives.  Please call Ext. 53244 to schedule an appointment with a Therapist/Counsellor or drop by the front desk on the third floor of the University Centre.  We want to help!  To learn more about the staff at Counselling Services, please visit the on-line staff directory.
