The agricultural industry is experiencing a loss of youth who are interested in continuing their family business in farming. Sociology and Anthropology Professor, Dr. Sharada Srinivasan, is focusing her studies on what draws youth to farming instead of what has been deterring them.

Homelessness in rural and northern communities is less visable and described as "hidden" due to supports and services that aren't accessed.
