A behind-the-scenes tour of the Toronto Zoo, together with relevant talks, lectures and discussion on zoo animal welfare
A behind-the-scenes tour of the on-campus Animal Care Facility together with relevant talks, lectures and discussion on laboratory animal welfare
A Graduate Student Panel where interested students are invited to hear and learn about graduate student life
Developing and leading animal welfare education for school-aged children through the Creative Encounters with Science Program, such as the 2015 Dairy Welfare education day.
Developing and leading animal welfare education for school-aged children through the Let's Talk Science, such as the 2015 "Care of Magical Creatures" day, focussing on cat motivation to hide and hunt, owl nutrition and digestion, and thermoregulation and environmental needs of lizards and other animals.
