David Prescott joined the Department of Economics at the University of Guelph in 1977. He received a B.A. in Economics from Durham University (1971), an M.A. from the University of Warwick (1972) and Ph.D. from Queen's University (1978). His teaching and research interests are in econometrics.
His work has been published in journals including Journal of Labor Economics, Applied Economics, American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Canadian Journal of Economics, and the Canadian Journal of Forestry.
