Asbestos-containing building materials that are damaged or inadvertently disturbed can present a significant degree of risk to workers and building occupants. This course is aimed at those who may inadvertently damage/disturb asbestos-containing materials in the course of their work; it provides employees with an overview of the types of asbestos-containing materials present at the University, the hazards associated with asbestos exposure and the asbestos management program at the University.
