Guelph Food Safety Seminar Series
The Guelph Food Safety Seminar Series presents “Salmonella: A Century Old Conundrum,” a seminar by Paula Fedorka-Cray, research leader and microbiologist at the USDA-ARS Bacterial Epidemiology and Antimicrobial Resistance Research Unit in Athens, GA. Her research focuses on the ecology and pathogenesis of antimicrobial resistance in food-borne pathogens and commensal bacteria.
