A Professional Engineering designation would be considered an asset. You are a strategic and forward thinker conversant in the evolution of research, teaching and learning within the field of engineering and physical science, and are able to lead with vision in a rapidly changing environment. You bring experience in program development, strategic planning, fundraising and in developing partnerships within and outside your institution. You have exceptional relationship building and communication skills, value diversity of ideas and backgrounds, are collegial and collaborative in your dealings with others and are interested in mentoring and enabling the scholarship and research of your colleagues.
