Frequently Asked Questions
Do you, as Multi-Faith Resource Team members, always work together?
As a resource team, we attempt to raise awareness of various aspects of faith on campus, speaking together on certain issues and encouraging healthy dialogue on other issues. We work in cooperation with one another and with a deep-seated respect for other religions and perspectives. That said, we also work independently of one another, supporting and encouraging spiritual growth from within our specific traditions.
Where can I find the Multi-Faith Resource Centre?
McNally House may be small, but it’s prominently located on Gordon Street. If you’re walking across Gordon at the cowpath crosswalk, you'll see our house. It's one of four located on the west side of the street, but it's the only one with a long wheelchair ramp. You’re always welcome to walk in; the Multi-Faith Resource Centre will be on your left as you enter the building.
Do members of the team perform weddings?
Each of us has our own parameters and practices here. Please contact the member who represents the faith you identify with, and discuss this with him or her.
