Information you will need to complete the Registration Form

Group Registration:  For groups of 5 or more travelling internationally, the UofC International Group Travel Spreadsheet (MS Excel format) can be completed, rather than individual registrations.  Please note that there are 2 separate tabs (Travellers and Destinations), that must be completed.  E-mail this form to sasha@uoguelph.ca to complete the process.
