A database identifying people knowledgeable about various aspects of plants growing/occurrence in Ontario is being compiled for Flora Ontario Integrated Botanical Information System (FOIBIS) by OAC Herbarium, Biodiversity Institute of Ontario, University of Guelph.

This is an opportunity to identify yourself to a wide range of potential clients and cooperators. If your background or expertise relates to any aspect of any plants known to grow/occur in Ontario (whether or not they are also cultivated) you are requested to provide the following information for FOIBIS database (not all information categories will be applicable to everyone).

Information provided on this page will be collected and used by FOIBIS to maintain a database containing information on Ontario's plants and to publish reports on this subject. By completing this page, you are giving your consent to having your name and contact information published in the Flora Ontario available to the public. Your personal information is protected by the Privacy Act and will be used only for the purposes for which it is collected. It will be stored in FOIBIS personal data bank. You may at any time, request a review, update or correction of this information.
