Food Handler Training Programs in Canada
The food safety training programs currently recognized by all provinces are the NFSTP, TrainCan, Inc., ServSafe and FOODSAFE. These programs have trainers located throughout Canada and on-going course schedules that can be accessed on the websites listed below.
For provincial/territorial/regional/municipal food safety certification programs, contact your Ministry of Health (or equivalent), or a regional/municipal public health agency.
