About the HPC

The Health and Performance Centre (HPC) specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sport and activity related injuries. The HPC's multidisciplinary team includes: sport medicine physicians, naturopathic medicine, physiotherapists, massage therapists, occupational therapist, dietitians, kinesiologists, chiropractors and pedorthist.

The services of the Centre are available to both the University and surrounding communities. We look forward to working with recreationally active and elite athletes.

At the Health and Performance Centre, you will find a team of professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

inMotion

The Health and Performance Centre is a proud partner of the in motion initiative. The goal of in motion is to increase the level of regular physical activity among adults and children in the City of Guelph and the Wellington-Dufferin region. The Health and Performance Centre is working with other community partners to create a "culture of physical activity" in our community.

We are located in the John T. Powell Building, 2nd floor (next to Athletics) on the University of Guelph campus. Our contact information and opening hours are listed at the bottom of each page. For directions on how to get to the centre, please view on the map below.

Parking & Accessibility

There is metered parking (including accessible parking spots) in front of the John T. Powell Building in parking lot P12 and across East Ring Rd. in parking lot P15.
