Other Details:

I love to walk, bike and run and have gotten back into road racing (running) with a fall ½ marathon goal for next year. I’m also a weight training enthusiast and believe that everyone, regardless of age or health, can benefit from some form of cardio and resistance training program. For close to 10 years I’ve enjoyed working with a wide variety of clientele, but have had more opportunities to train endurance athletes and the 30+ population. I’m truly looking forward to assisting you in your life long pursuit of optimal health and fitness.
