Erin's Tip for Clients:

I am passionate about demystifying food and nutrition with my clients. Keeping your goals and interests in mind, I will provide advice that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to improve your health and optimize your performance. My approach is never restrictive - I believe strongly that nutritious, wholesome foods can be delicious and exciting!

Education

Erin’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Ryerson University. She completed a ten month internship program at University Health Network in Toronto, from which she graduated as a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario as Registered Dietitian.

Professional Memberships and Licences:

- Dietitians of Canada.
- College of Dietitians of Ontario.

Other Details:

Erin's athletic background includes several years of competitive rowing in Kingston where she was also a member of the Queen’s University varsity rowing team. She is also a recreational runner having completed the Ottawa half marathon and a number of triathlons.
