Goals can help us reach new heights in health and performance and motivate us on those days we might choose an easier path. Our role as Kinesiologists is to create the plan for you to achieve your goals.

- Master of Science (Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology) University of Waterloo
- MBA Wilfrid Laurier University (Graduation anticipated in 2008)

- Certified Exercise Physiologist - Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology

Areas of Expertise:

Exercise testing, prescription and training from health to performance. Zach will interpret your fitness testing results to ensure your have an action plan to achieve your goals.

Other Details:

Zach is an exercise enthusiast loving triathlons, hockey and lacrosse. His clientele range from cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes, and weight management to elite marathoners, triathletes and professional athletes and of course all levels of weekend warriors. Zach lectures in the Kinesiology Department at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo where he has taught human anatomy, nutrition for health and performance, exercise testing and exercise training program design. Zach is also the co-founder of Iron Heart Fitness (www.IronHeartFitness.ca).
