Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapists assess and treat orthopedic, sports and activity related injuries. They combine manual techniques, therapy modalities and exercise to increase strength, build endurance, improve range of motion, balance and coordination, and reduce the risk of re-injury.
Concussion Management
A concussion should be suspected in the presence of any one or more of the following: symptoms (such as headache), physical signs (such as unsteadiness), impaired brain function (such as confusion) or abnormal behaviour.

KLIPP Knee Ligament Injury Prevention Program
The following program has been adapted specifically toward the prevention of ACL injuries and has been shown to significantly reduce non-contact ACLinjuries. It consists of a warm-up, stretching, strengthening, plyometrics (jumping exercises), agilities and a cool-down to address potential deficits in the strength and coordination of the stabilizing muscles around the knee joint.
