One of the keys to successful rehabilitation is quality, not quantity. Proper movement patterning in physiotherapy is crucial for full recovery from an injury. Just like learning any new activity, motor relearning requires concentration and focus to get it right. Sometimes, less is more.

Brett has had the privilege of working as a physiotherapist in orthopaedic and sport medicine clinics in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. He has a special interest in the treatment of the ankle and lumbar spine.
