Jason’s Tip to Clients:

After an injury, it is important to be aware of the stages of healing, and what you should or should not be doing during these stages. Successful rehabilitation often requires patience, discipline, and consistency. Your physiotherapist will educate you on your stage of healing, and help you to keep your end goal in mind as you proceed through mini-milestones along the way.
