Leave for Change 2010 Volunteers

Leave for Change is an opportunity for employees to donate their skills to developing countries overseas for two to four weeks.  It is offered through Uniterra, a joint initiative of World University Service of Canada (WUSC) and the Centre for International Studies and Co-operation. 

Uniterra screens applications for suitable matches with posted vacancies, interviews short-listed candidates and selects participants. Employees selected attend a pre-departure training before leaving for their volunteer assignment and are asked to share their experiences informally with others when they return.
