Staff Relations

Staff Relations' primary objective is to encourage, develop and foster constructive working relationships with the University’s various employee groups in an effort to support a positive and productive work environment.

To achieve this objective, Staff Relations provides a full range of specialized expertise and support to the University community, in areas of collective bargaining, collective agreement interpretation, grievance administration, progressive discipline advice, attendance management, performance improvement and employment related policy development.

We encourage you to refer to this site frequently for updates on collective bargaining, employment legislation updates, in addition to other pertinent Staff Relations information.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact a member of your Staff Relations team directly.
