Human Rights - Code of Ethical Conduct for Suppliers and Subcontractors
The University of Guelph has long believed that its dealings with suppliers should reflect the institution's recognition that consumer decisions have an impact on those involved in production. It is with this in mind that the University's Board of Governors has produced a Code of Ethical Conduct for Suppliers and Subcontractors in Relation to Working Conditions and Employment Standards. The policy and procedures embodied within the Code commit the University to educating, through constructive engagement, both our campus community and suppliers found to be violating our ethical principals.
