Find genes amplified in a particular species		Specify search
Search by DNA fragment name, primer names, class, family, or species. Capitalization is ignored. For DNA fragment name, primer name, and species, the typed text is sought anywhere in the target, but note that the text is treated as a single fragment - if you type two words separated by a single space the search will find only matches containing those two words separated by a single space. For Class and Family the typed text is matched letter for letter beginning with the first letter of the target. Select Get all records in the list to see the entire list. • To see every DNA fragment name containing "COII", type "coii" into the DNA fragment name field and click Search.
• To see every pair whose species name contains "Littorina sitkana" type "Littorina sitkana" into the name field and click Search.
• To see every pair whose family name begins with the letters 'Lit', type 'Lit' into the Family field and click Search. This will find 'Littorinidae' but not 'Cryptolitorinidae' because when searching for family the typed text is matched beginning with the first letter of the family name.
• To see information on PCR conditions and products for all pairs of PCR primers select the Get all records in the list circle and click Search.
