Genus BUQUETIA Robineau-Desvoidy, 1847

BUQUETIA Robineau-Desvoidy, 1847: 286. Type species: Buquetia musca Robineau-Desvoidy, 1847, by monotypy [Palearctic].

obscura (Coquillett, 1897).– Iowa to Massachusetts, also Texas, Maryland (S&A, 1965), British Columbia, Alberta (CNC).
– Winthemia obscura Coquillett, 1897: 124. Type data: holotype male (USNM). Type locality: USA, Maryland.
– Blepharipeza pollinosa Reinhard, 1922: 333. Type data: holotype female (whereabouts unknown). Type locality: USA, Texas, College Station.
– Eipogona americana Curran, 1927c: 148. Type data: holotype male (CNC). Type locality: USA, Iowa, Sioux City. Type host: Papilio polyxenes asterius Stoll [published as Papilio asterius (species spelled asterias by Curran, following an error by Fabricius)], Papilionidae.
