CLEONICE Robineau-Desvoidy, 1863a: 1097. Type species: Tachina callida Meigen, 1824, by fixation of O'Hara & Wood (2004: 334) under Article 70.3.2 of ICZN (1999), misidentified as Tachina grisea Fallén, 1810, in the original designation by Robineau-Desvoidy (1863a) [Palearctic].
GRISDALEMYIA Curran, 1926b: 133. Type species: Grisdalemyia bigelowi Curran, 1926, by original designation.
PSILONEURA Aldrich, 1926e: 23. Type species: Psiloneura flavisquama Aldrich, 1926 (= Grisdalemyia bigelowi Curran, 1926), by original designation.

– Grisdalemyia aldrichi Curran, 1926b: 135. Type data: holotype male (USNM). Type locality: USA, California, Stanford University.

bigelowi (Curran, 1926).– California, Michigan, Ohio, Ontario (S&A, 1965), Alaska, Yukon, British Columbia, Alberta (CNC).
– Grisdalemyia bigelowi Curran, 1926b: 134. Type data: holotype female (CNC). Type locality: Canada, Ontario, Lake Abitibi, Low Bush.
– Psiloneura flavisquama Aldrich, 1926e: 23. Type data: holotype male (USNM). Type locality: USA, Michigan, Belding.

setosa (Reinhard, 1937).– South Dakota, Nebraska (S&A, 1965), Alberta, Ontario, North Carolina (CNC).
– Grisdalemyia setosa Reinhard, 1937: 72. Type data: holotype male (SDSU). Type locality: USA, South Dakota, Winner.
