cinereus Townsend, 1919.– Washington to Wyoming, south to Mexico (S&A, 1965), British Columbia (CNC).
– Meigenielloides cinerea Townsend, 1919c: 574. Type data: holotype female (USNM). Type locality: USA, New Mexico, Pecos National Forest, Manzanares Creek, 7500 feet.
– Synoris coquilletti Aldrich, 1926e: 13 (named for pedestris of Coquillett, 1897, not Walker, 1853). Type data: holotype male (USNM). Type locality: USA, California, Los Angeles County.
