It was compiled from the generic names and distributions given in the most recent regional catalogues, as listed here, and brought up-to-date using information from subsequently published papers. This document was first published on the Internet as Version 1.0 on 23 February 2005, then as Version 2.0 on 20 July 2006, as Version 3.0 on 22 November 2007, as Version 4.0 on 31 December 2008, as Version 5.0 on 5 August 2010, as Version 6.0 on 23 December 2011, and the present Version 7 was published online on 10 December 2012. Version 7.0 includes some corrections to the fifth version and new information published since that version.
