New U of G, Humber Degree Featured in the News

A new degree aimed at teaching students how to prescribe exercise and diet to people who suffer from obesity and obesity-related diseases is featured in today's National Post.
Developed by the University of Guelph and Humber College, the four-year program is in response to a growing demand for professionals to know more about preventing and moderating obesity-related diseases when conducting physical assessments and developing exercise and nutrition plans for clients.
The degree will be offered for the first time this fall and will be taught by faculty from U of G and Humber.
