U of G to Be Featured on Weather Network Tuesday

The Weather Network will visit campus tomorrow to host its morning show live from 6 to 9 a.m.
The visit is part of a series on “Getting to Know Ontario,” with stops in cities and other places around the province.
Numerous staff, students and faculty will do live interviews every half-hour starting at 6:30 a.m. They include Brenda Whiteside, associate vice-president (student affairs); the women’s soccer team; Rob Gordon, OAC dean; U of G cheerleaders; peer helpers (wearing green shirts and handing out green apples in Branion Plaza); and Aidan Ware, co-ordinator of education and development for the Macdonald Stewart Art Centre, in the MSAC sculpture garden.
The Weather Network airs on Channel 16 in Guelph.
