Flags to Be at Half-Mast Tuesday in Memory of Staff Member

Campus flags will be at half-mast Tuesday, Oct. 9, in memory of U of G staff member Paul Ord, who died Oct. 4. Ord was the technical director and an instructor in the theatre studies program. He had worked at U of G since 1980.
Visitations will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph. A celebration of Ord’s life will be held at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, the family is suggesting donations to Hospice Wellington.
