on the efficacy of natural health products in humans.

& Nutritional Sciences , University of Guelph. Offering programs
in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Science and Human Kinetics as well as Biomedical
Science in cooperation with the Department of Biomedical Science at the
Ontario Veterinary College.
Department of Food Science
, University of Guelph. Providing highly trained personnel to the
Canadian Food Industry.

Services. Providing analytical, research, regulatory testing
and consultative services in support of agriculture and food excellence.

food technology services on a fee-for-service basis to the food, health
and agri-food industries and related sectors.
University
of Toronto, Department of Nutritional Sciences Offering B.Sc.,
M.Sc. and Ph.D. programs in nutritional sciences and providing instruction
to students enrolled in medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, and physical
and health education. Jointly with the Department of Public Health Sciences,
the Department also offers a professional Masters program in Community
Nutrition.
