OAC is a broad network that includes three regional campuses as well as the main campus at Guelph, research stations across the province of Ontario, and departments and units that provide research, education and outreach programs across the college's four primary focus areas: food, agriculture, environment and rural communities.
French-language education programs are provided through Campus d'Alfred: all other programs are delivered in the English language. Many of the teaching and research programs include a strong international component.
