Office Hours: Office doors are open Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Appointments can be booked by calling  519-824-4120 ext. 54800 or by speaking with Gwen in Johnston Hall 133A during office hours.

To make appointments during Course Selection periods, use the sign-up sheets posted in the main foyer, Johnston Hall (Room 133A).

*New Summer Office Hours*: Our doors are open Tuesday - Thursday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm during the summer semester.

Summer semester begins May 9th.  

The Add Period for the Summer semester will run from May 8th to May 17th. During this time you may add/drop courses to/from your Summer 2013 and Fall 2013 class schedule.

Drop In Hours are over for Winter semester. They will return in the Fall semester. Please call ext. 54800 to book an appointment.
