On Nov. 27, 2007 15 Teams of 2 participated in the inaugural running of the Plant Ag Amazing Race in support of the United Way. Teams trekked their way through 10 campus buildings to solve challenging puzzles putting their observational skills to the test. Although the weather was blustery, the teams were in high spirit and fine form. The finish line was at Gryphs restaurant where the results were announced at the after-race party. Thanks to Beth Livingstone and Jenny Van de Kamer who contributed their time towards planning this fun event
1st Prize went to Donna Hancock & Jennifer Thatcher (Team "Forages"), 2nd Prize to Geoff Worthington & Katia Rochacewich (Team "Corn is Over-rated") and 3rd Prize to Alison Walden & Siobhan Moore (Team "AWSM"). A great time was had by all!
